Built for the people who teach South Africa to drive
DriveSync was born from a simple frustration: driving school owners were running one of the most important businesses in the country β teaching people to drive safely β using spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and paper diaries.
The problem we set out to solve
South Africa has thousands of registered driving schools. Most are small businesses β a few instructors, a handful of cars, and an owner who is simultaneously the manager, the accountant, and sometimes still an instructor.
These owners were managing bookings via WhatsApp, tracking student progress in notebooks, and chasing payments through hand-written invoices. Every hour spent on admin was an hour not spent growing the business or improving the quality of lessons.
We built DriveSync to give these owners their time back β and to give their businesses the kind of visibility and control that was previously only available to large corporations.
Our mission
To make every South African driving school as efficient and professional as possible β so owners can focus on what really matters: producing safe, confident drivers.
We believe that when a driving school runs well, everyone wins. Learners get better lessons. Instructors have clearer schedules. Owners have less stress. And South African roads get safer.
What we stand for
Purpose-built for South Africa
We didn't copy a foreign product. We talked to hundreds of South African driving school owners, understood their real challenges, and built something that actually works in their context.
The whole team, in one place
Owners, admins, instructors, and learners all use the same platform β with the right level of access for each role. No more information silos.
Honest and transparent
No hidden fees, no long contracts, no vague pricing. You know exactly what you're paying for, and you can cancel any time.
Built to last
We're not chasing hype or quick exits. We're building infrastructure that South African driving schools can rely on for the long term.
