Open Instructors in your dashboard and add them. They get an invite link, set their own password, and see their own lessons from the moment they accept.
Not yet — bookings are made by your office staff. Learners can cancel or reschedule their own lessons if you switch that on, and you decide how much notice they have to give.
DriveSync suggests instructors who are free and hold the right licence code, ranked by how far they are from the pickup, how busy they already are, their priority weighting, and how often they have taught that learner. You can override the suggestion on any booking.
Record a payment against any booking from the booking panel. The Finance section shows what every learner still owes across lessons, packages and test fees.
Users reset their own password from the login page. Admins cannot do it on their behalf, so point them at the 'Forgot password' link.
