We ask you to choose a plan then, and not before. Nothing is charged during the trial because we never took your card details in the first place.
Yes, from your billing settings. Moving up applies straight away. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you are never charged twice for the same month.
You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is no cancellation fee. Cancelling halfway through a month costs you nothing extra and buys nothing back.
No. The subscription is the whole cost: no onboarding charge, no per-learner fee, and nothing to pay to move your school across.
By card, through Paystack. You can add or change the card on file from your billing settings whenever you need to.
